Kainuu Trail 2025 Equipment and gear
In the Kainuu Trail trail running event participants will enjoy the mid-summer time of Hossa National Park, Kainuu and Finland when usually we have quite enough light (almost nightless night) and warm weather. Even though - for runner’s safety - we have ordered for every participant the Kainuu Trail’s mandatory equipment which runner’s have to carry on with themselves from start to finish. Runner’s must be ready for the equipment check (in aid station/service station) done by the event’s officials. If some of the mandatory equipment is missing the organizer may give a time penalty of 60 minutes / missing equipment.
